I'm thinking that will change soon as Simone said, but you also have to realize many things about women. These are GROSS generalizations and are not applicable to every woman out there. But generally women do not spend their lives in top careers (family issues), most of us are bad at and don't like negotiating salaries (research proves it), and until now technology was a largely male dominated industry. It still is to a point, but couple that with everything else and you have just a few reasons. It's sad, but I am sure it'll change with time.
