Search Twitter for #BadaBing and you’ll see some stuff on SEO Tools and check out http://www.bing.com/webmaster and sign up for updates.

What do you think so far Anthony?

Its a marked improvement, the results are getting better..

The webmaster center isn’t much to be desired in terms of how the data is displayed, but it does have plenty of good information in it.

However.. this page contains some info on improving rankings:

Also Information about how Geotargetting / IP’s is used heavily (or at least that’s the impression it gives) is also useful, could be why mine is under performing at the moment.

Whilst I do prefer the name Bing I hope Microsoft doesn’t do another rebrand in 12 months time!

    Hey Mel –
How great was that ad you ran during the Daily Show on 6/11. You guys bought out the entire commercial block, played the commercials in fast-forward and ended on your usual “Search Overload” screen. Fabulous! One of the best attention grabbing commercials I’ve ever seen.

I would love to see a usage pattern chart of bing.com since you started these great TV-ad placements. Even my Polish-Immigrant mother in-law who knows minimal English and is just learning the ins-and-outs of a computer was well aware of the launch.

    Cheers,

Nice feedback Mike – I didn’t see it as I’m in London now but glad it wowed you! Email me your address through the blog and we’ll get some SCHWAG to your mother-in-law! 🙂
